    Our mission is to provide hassle-free rental of high-quality pram and other baby equipment for your little ones so you will have more time to enjoy every precious moments of their growing up years.


    Here are some items that you need to know and agree if you would like to rent with us.

    By renting at PramShare, you accept the following terms and conditions:

    Safety and Hygiene

    1. Your baby’s safety and hygiene is of utmost importance to us. Despite carrying reliable products, we always ensure the functionality and hygiene is of high standard prior to any delivery.
    2. Functionality Inspection: At PramShare, we do a 100% inspection check on all parts and movable components to ensure they are of full working condition.
    3. Hygiene Inspection: After pram has been returned, we will put them through cleaning process to ensure the pram is thoroughly cleaned before we send it out to you. Due to the need to air-dry washed prams, it may take two to three days for the entire cleaning process to be completed. This is one reason why sometimes we are unable to commit to your color or series preferences.
    4. Upon request, we will demonstrate the various functionalities of the pram to you.
    5. In addition to our conscientious efforts to maintain a high level of safety and hygiene, customers will have a proactive role to play to ensure that the strollers rented from PramShare are used in the correct manner. In this regard, we will seek our customers' cooperation to use the rented strollers in a careful and responsible manners.
    6. Do let us know immediately if you see something is wrong or missing.

     

    Payment policy

    1. A full payment (including security deposit) of the selected rental period is required to confirm your order.
    2. This payment can be done by credit card. PramShare does not accept cash payment.


    Deposit policy

    1. On top of the rental payment, a security deposit will be levied. This is to guard against unlawful usage of our pram such as reselling, theft and damaging them beyond repair.
    2. At the end of the rental period, this deposit will be returned to you fully in cash upon PramShare's collection of the rented pram in its original condition prior to the issuance of the equipment to the customer of pram. However, if the pram is found to be damaged, a portion or full amount of the security deposit will be confiscated. PramShare has the final decision in determining the state of returned pram.
    3. Refunds will be given by the same method as the original purchase was made. In the case of debit/credit card purchase, back to the same card.
    4. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@pramshare.com.
    5. The following is a guidelines, which may change without notice, on the refundable deposit:
    6. Same condition as before: 100% refund
    7. Lightly soiled/dirty: 75% refund
    8. Small mechanical/functionality damages: 50% refund
    9. Heavily soiled/dirty/severe mechanical/functionality damages: 0% refund
    10. Lost pram: 0% refund and additional penalty (see lost policy)

    Cancellation Policy

    1. We understand that your plans might change and we accept order cancellation with no question asked with the following refund rates (except for rental subscription):
    2. 100% refund if notify >1 weeks before
    3. 50% refund if notify 7 days before
    4. To ensure that you are able to rent a pram at the lowest possible cost, we are keeping a very lean inventory. We will need about one week to turnover and another week to do a thorough cleaning and functionality checks.
      We seek your understanding if your payment cannot be refunded due to late notification.
    5. For Rental Subscription, free cancellation starts after the 3rd orders from the date of purchase. 

     

    Delivery Policy

    1. Fixed $18 per one way delivery, excluding public holiday
    2. Fixed $36 per one way delivery if you want it on a Sunday/ public holiday
    3. Earliest delivery is the following day after 12 PM SGT, excluding public holidays, for orders received before 7pm.
    4. Urgent same day delivery is subject to availability and additional charges.
    5. Receiving checks
      1. It is the parent’s or authorized recipient responsibility to do a check on its functionality when receiving the pram. We will only leave when you have done checking and familiar on the pram usage.
    6. One for one exchange
      1. In the unlikely event of any faulty parts or components found during the receiving check, either by our Pram Share staff or yourself, we will take it back and send you another one in the shortest time possible.

    Rental Subscription

    1. To ensure that the actions of some users do not impair the ability of our customers to have access to reliable and timely services, Rental Subscription is conditional on fair usage by you for personal use and is capped at 1 swap per month. If you exceed one swap a month, we will impose a usage limit for the subsequent month. The limit will be lifted on the following month.
    2. Note that this subscription is tied to an unique item, we allow the flexibility to transfer the subscription to another model (in the same category) at a fee of $20.
    3. PramShare reserves the right to amend the fair usage cap and limit from time to time at its discretion without any prior notice.

    Return Policy

    1. Valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.
    2. You can return any product, even if you have assembled it, as long as it’s in unused and re-saleable condition.
    3. Return all items, equipment and manuals (if applicable)
    4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/ retailer.
    5. Refunds will be given by the same method as the original purchase was made. In the case of debit/credit card purchase, back to the same card.
    6. If the return criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or gift card.
    7. Sale items (if applicable)
      1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Late Return Policy

    1. Late return fee of the item’s daily rate, up to a maximum of five days, will be applied if you return the item more than 24 hours after the date and time previously scheduled, and you failed to notify us of such change more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled return time by contacting us at +65-9731-3793.

    Lost Policy

    1. We are more worried about your baby’s safety, is he/she alright? Are your belongings lost along with the pram? If yes, please make a police report immediately.
    2. Thereafter, notify us and we will bring a pram to you in the shortest time possible at a discounted rate.
    3. No refund on rental and deposit
    4. On top of the deposit, there will be a chargeable lost fee which is equivalent to the market value of the item.

    Promotion Policy

    1. Promotional discounts are subjected to changes without any notice. Free gifts are mostly while stock last and no guarantee to your preference of specific colors and series.

    Extended Warranty Policy

    1. For customer who has paid for the ‘Extended Warranty’ package;
    2. They can change their mind and be covered by Return Policy extended to 90 days
    3. The term of extended warranty is 6 months from the date of purchase
    4. This extended warranty covers manufacturer defects under the manufacturers’ warranty. We will protect you for the repairs of these faults for the duration of the extended warranty period, or until the warranted item is replaced with a new item.
    5. If we cannot repair or offer a suitable replacement, we may offer a store credit settlement. The decision to repair, offer a store credit settlement is always our discretion.
    6. If a warranted item is replaced or a store credit is offered is made then this extended warranty will be voided and the faulty item will become our property when settlement occurs.
    7. To avoid doubt, your extended warranty does not protect against the following;
      1. Faults payable by the manufacturer during the manufacturer’s warranty period
      2. Cost associated with dismantling, installation or re-installation of the warranted item
      3. Cost associated with any damage that occurs during transportation, installation, dismantling, or re-installation of warranted item
      4. Faults that have resulted from wear and tear, including rusting, corrosion or mould.
      5. Cost associated with routine maintenance and servicing such as cleaning, adjustments, lubrication, alignment, tuning or upgrades.
      6. Any faults that would not have been covered by the original manufacturers warranty
      7. Repairs carried out by repair that are not authorized by us
      8. Any single claim amount which exceeds the original purchase price of the warranted item
    8. We always try to complete repairs in the shortest amount of time possible, however, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as manufacturer delay in supplying parts

    Privacy Policy

    1. Personal information collected such as address, phone number are used for deliveries / collection of pram only and we will not share or disclosure your information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this policy. Also, by renting or initiating contact with PramShare, you are granting us the rights to contact you via calls or messages on the relevant and reasonable topics even if you are registered in the Do Not Call (DNC) registry. 'Us' in this case refers to PramWash Pte Ltd and PramShare Pte Ltd. 

    Website Terms of Use

      1. PramShare is our trademark
      2. All other trademarks, product names, and company names and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.
    2. Site content
      1. You acknowledge that this site contains information, data, photos, pictures, graphics, videos and other material (also known as ‘content’) that are protected by copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. You may not modify, remove, edit, publish, create derivative work to transfer or sale of similar products and services, or in any way exploit any of the content.
    3. Color/ product description
      1. PramShare does its best to provide the best representation of its product in this website, however, the color you see on your screen may be different from the actual product due to setting different. We do our best to ensure the description are as accurate as possible to our best knowledge, however we do not warrant that it is error-free.
      2. More importantly, product descriptions stated are adapted from the original manufacturer’s content who has the proprietary rights over such content.
    4. Limitation of liability
      1. Under no circumstances shall we or any other parties involved in the business of PramShare be liable for any direct or indirect damages or other intangibles losses.
      2. You agree to indemnify PramShare and its subsidiaries, owners, directors, agents, employees or other partners, from any claims or demands.
    5. Our Rights
      1. As we focus a lot on bringing superb customer service to our customers, we reserve the rights to refuse to rent or sell products to you, if it reasonably appears to us that you intend to resell or to sublet the products. We also reserve the rights to limit the quantity of items each customer can buy/rent. The promotion items, offers and free gifts are subjected to changes without notice and we cannot confirm the price until you have made your order. To our best efforts, there may be a small number of price discrepancies in our catalog, if the price is higher than what you have paid, we will contact you for instructions before shipping or notify you for cancellation.
    6. Note, the contract of rental of equipment between us and customers starts when we charge a valid credit card or otherwise receive payment.
